Agreement & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Pixim Design and the Client.
By requesting any service or making a payment, the Client agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, including branding, graphic design, SEO, social media, website design, and digital marketing.
Scope of Services
Pixim Design will provide services as outlined in the approved proposal or written agreement.Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and charges.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required before starting any project
The remaining 50% must be paid before final file delivery
Third-party costs are not included unless clearly stated
Delayed payments exceeding 15 days may result in project suspension
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final approved design will be transferred to the Client only after full payment is received.
Until full payment is completed, all designs remain the property of Pixim Design. Pixim Design reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Revisions Policy
Unlimited revisions are provided for minor changes. Major changes or scope modifications may require additional charges. Client feedback must be provided within 7 working days.
Project Timeline & Delivery
Project timelines depend on timely feedback and content from the Client. Final deliverables will be provided in standard formats such as AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, or JPG. Lifetime support is provided for minor file corrections.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the project is cancelled after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered if no work has started within 24 hours of payment. Projects inactive for 30 consecutive days will be considered closed without any refund.
Confidentiality
Pixim Design maintains strict confidentiality of all client information. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.
Communication & Support
We provide 100% human support through Email, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to resolve any disputes through mutual discussion before pursuing legal action.
Changes to Terms
Pixim Design reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

চুক্তি ও সম্মতি
এই শর্তাবলি পিক্সিম ডিজাইন এবং ক্লায়েন্টের মধ্যে একটি আইনগত চুক্তি। কোনো সার্ভিস গ্রহণ বা অর্থ প্রদান করার মাধ্যমে ক্লায়েন্ট এই শর্তাবলিতে সম্মতি প্রদান করেন। এই শর্তাবলি ব্র্যান্ডিং, গ্রাফিক ডিজাইন, SEO, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া, ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন ও ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং–সহ সকল সার্ভিসের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
সেবার পরিধি
অনুমোদিত প্রপোজাল বা লিখিত চুক্তি অনুযায়ী পিক্সিম ডিজাইন সেবা প্রদান করবে। চুক্তির বাইরে অতিরিক্ত কাজের জন্য অতিরিক্ত সময় ও চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
পেমেন্ট নীতি
কাজ শুরুর আগে ৫০% অগ্রিম (নন-রিফান্ডেবল) প্রদান করতে হবে ।
ফাইনাল ফাইল ডেলিভারির আগে বাকি ৫০% পরিশোধ করতে হবে ।
থার্ড-পার্টি খরচ অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়, যদি না আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ থাকে ।
৭ দিনের বেশি পেমেন্ট বিলম্ব হলে কাজ সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ থাকতে পারে ।
মালিকানা ও মেধাস্বত্ব
সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ পরিশোধের পরেই ফাইনাল ডিজাইনের মালিকানা ক্লায়েন্টের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হবে। পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদান না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সকল ডিজাইনের মালিকানা পিক্সিম ডিজাইনের কাছে থাকবে। পিক্সিম ডিজাইন তাদের পোর্টফোলিও ও মার্কেটিং কাজে সম্পন্ন কাজ প্রদর্শনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
রিভিশন নীতি
ছোট পরিবর্তনের জন্য আনলিমিটেড রিভিশন দেওয়া হবে। বড় পরিবর্তন বা কাজের ধরন পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ক্লায়েন্টকে ফিডব্যাক প্রদান করতে হবে।
প্রজেক্ট সময়সীমা ও ডেলিভারি
প্রজেক্টের সময়সীমা ক্লায়েন্টের সময়মতো ফিডব্যাক ও কনটেন্টের উপর নির্ভরশীল। ফাইনাল ফাইল AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG–সহ স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ফরম্যাটে প্রদান করা হবে। ছোট ফাইল সংশোধনের জন্য লাইফটাইম সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে।
বাতিল ও রিফান্ড নীতি
কাজ শুরু হওয়ার পর প্রজেক্ট বাতিল হলে অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কাজ শুরু না হলে রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে। ৩০ দিন যোগাযোগ না থাকলে প্রজেক্ট বাতিল হিসেবে গণ্য হবে এবং কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
গোপনীয়তা
পিক্সিম ডিজাইন ক্লায়েন্টের সকল তথ্য সম্পূর্ণ গোপন রাখে। প্রয়োজনে NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) স্বাক্ষর করা হবে।
যোগাযোগ ও সাপোর্ট
ইমেইল, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ ও মেসেঞ্জারের মাধ্যমে ১০০% মানব সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা হয়।
বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি
আইনি পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার আগে উভয় পক্ষ আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমস্যার সমাধানে সম্মত থাকবে।
শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন
পিক্সিম ডিজাইন যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
