Our Creative Commitment
1. Satisfaction First:
At Pixim Design, we focus on delivering 15+ years of data-driven results. We offer Unlimited Revisions to ensure you are 100% happy with your brand identity.
2. Manual Effort:
Since branding is a customised service involving manual creative work, we encourage our partners to use the revision process to get the perfect result rather than seeking an immediate refund.
Order Cancellation Rules
The 24-Hour Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund, provided our team has not started the research or sketching phase.
Mid-Project Cancellation: If you cancel after we have shared the first set of concepts, a 30% to 50% service charge will be kept to cover our designer’s time and effort.
Final Approval: Once the final design is approved or the high-resolution source files (AI, PSD, EPS) are delivered, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted.
Project Abandonment: If a client does not provide any feedback or response for more than 30 consecutive days, the project will be marked as "Closed", and any payment made will be non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
Non-Refundable Costs: Any third-party costs like premium fonts, stock images, or domain/hosting are strictly non-refundable
Service Exchange: Instead of a refund, you can choose to "Exchange" the service for another of equal value (e.g., swapping a logo design for social media posts).
Refund Process & Timeline
Official Request: All refund claims must be sent in writing to our official email or through our 24/7 human support.
Processing Time: Approved refunds take 7 to 10 business days to process back to your original payment method
Bank Charges: Any transaction or gateway fees charged by banks during the refund will be deducted from the final amount.

সৃজনশীল শ্রম: যেহেতু ব্র্যান্ডিং একটি কাস্টমাইজড সার্ভিস এবং এতে আমাদের ডিজাইনারদের অনেক সময় ও শ্রম দিতে হয়, তাই আমরা রিফান্ডের চেয়ে রিভিশনের মাধ্যমে কাজ পারফেক্ট করার ওপর জোর দিই।
অর্ডার বাতিল করার নিয়ম
২৪ ঘণ্টার সময়সীমা: কাজ শুরু হওয়ার আগে অর্ডার করার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বাতিল করলে আপনি ১০০% রিফান্ড পাবেন।
কাজ চলাকালীন বাতিল: যদি প্রথম ড্রাফট বা কনসেপ্ট শেয়ার করার পর আপনি প্রজেক্ট বাতিল করতে চান, তবে ডিজাইনারের পরিশ্রমের মূল্য হিসেবে ৩০% থেকে ৫০% সার্ভিস চার্জ কেটে রাখা হবে।
ফাইনাল ডেলিভারি: ডিজাইন অ্যাপ্রুভ হয়ে গেলে বা সোর্স ফাইল (AI, PSD) ইমেইলে পাঠিয়ে দেওয়ার পর কোনো রিফান্ড বা ক্যানসেলেশন প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
যোগাযোগহীন প্রজেক্ট: যদি কোনো ক্লায়েন্ট ৩০ দিন পর্যন্ত কোনো রেসপন্স না করেন, তবে প্রজেক্টটি বন্ধ বলে গণ্য হবে এবং জমা দেওয়া টাকা ফেরতযোগ্য হবে না।
রিফান্ডের যোগ্যতা ও ব্যতিক্রম
থার্ড-পার্টি খরচ: প্রিমিয়াম ফন্ট, স্টক ইমেজ বা ডোমেইন-হোস্টিংয়ের মতো বাইরের খরচগুলো কোনোভাবেই রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
সার্ভিস এক্সচেঞ্জ: রিফান্ডের বদলে আপনি চাইলে সমমূল্যের অন্য কোনো সার্ভিস (যেমন: লোগোর বদলে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ডিজাইন) গ্রহণ করতে পারেন।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
আবেদন: রিফান্ডের জন্য আমাদের অফিসিয়াল ইমেইল বা ২৪/৭ সাপোর্ট চ্যানেলে লিখিত আবেদন করতে হবে।
সময়সীমা: রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট অ্যাপ্রুভ হওয়ার পর ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার অরিজিনাল পেমেন্ট মেথডে টাকা পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
